New Short Format Workshop at CDA  •  $ 1395.00 To arm you with the critical information to thrive in this new career chaos and uncertainty, I have developed a special 5-day Assessment and Intensive Skills Focus Workshop, which is comprised of 1-day of completing all the CDA Career Design Profile™ assessments and 4-days of in-depth skills identification and career focus. I have selected the most helpful exercises and activities relating to the 4-step Career Design process and carefully compressed the usual 40 hours (16 weeks) Skills Group Series Workshop down to 32 hours over 4 days. You will only spend the gasoline for 4 trips to the Garland office instead of 16. This special 5-day Assessment and Intensive Skills Focus Workshop is at a reduced rate of $1395.00 ($1895.00 value). The objectives of the Career Design Profile™ and Intensive Skills Focus Workshop will be in-depth identification of:

• Interests, Values, Workstyle, Motivation and Personality Traits
• Your Individual Skills and the specific matching careers to be researched
• Your Success Criteria – Glass Balls vs. Rubber Balls (the elements essential for your life/work success)
• Techniques and strategies to determine and research targeted careers
• The process of Information Interviewing, Resume Strategies, and Job Search

In addition, you will have two private 1-hour consultations with Dr. Harkness on a separate date to discuss your results. Also, unlimited access to borrow from the CDA Career Resource Library - 600 Career Information Videos, Audio Recordings, Career Books and Futurist Library with Career Periodicals.
