Changing or restructuring your work-life today requires that you know your Brand You: your skills, interests, temperament, and values, all tied to your list of Success Criteria, which you will discover in the class. These are the "Glass Balls" which can’t be dropped, as opposed to the expendable "Rubber Balls" that detract and clutter up our personal and professional lives.
The first 3-hour session will provide researched and validated assessment instruments to help identify your Career Unrest, uncover your values, motivation, skills, personality and interests.
Each participant will then receive an individualized Career Design Profile™ in the second session to identify specific careers that match the assessment results. Participants will learn how to research targeted careers, receive a list of "Best Jobs for the Future," and begin to identify the purpose they can pursue with passion.
Students signed up for this course will also receive a complementary 3-hour session focusing on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (held at the CDA offices). Dr Harkness' books: "The Career Chase," "Don't Stop the Career Clock," and "Capitalizing on Career Chaos" will be available at the sessions for a reduced price!
Materials/Fees:
Class cost is $150.00, which also covers the full assessment packet (administered during the first session). Payment is due at time of registration either via check or credit card.
